Remote mortgage broker required, correspondence via email/phone

I'm looking for a quality mortgage broker to assist me purchasing some IP's.

Due to my remote location I need to deal via email and phone.

I have had some bad experiences in the past and am hoping to find a professional to help me structure the finances correctly. Any recommendations?

I'll nominate Rolf ...

Don't worry about being remote ... I've been dealing with my conveyancer, several times a years, for over 10 years. Never met him face to face yet.

Same with Rolf - have been using him for years but never met him. Couldn't be bothered with the 10 hour drive.

I used Richard Taylor (also from the forum) twice, was very happy.

Never met him (I am in Sydney, he is in Qld) , never talked to him, only exchanged emails, he usually responds straightaway, distance was never an issue.
