Hello Guys,
We have bought the house in Baulkham Hills (2153) and moving in in a week.
There are few things we want to reno / repairs (as priority items)
1> Add extra toilet ( current there is only one)
2> Per the building inspector - The shower recess and surrounding areas were tested and there were visible signs of significant water penetration to surrounding areas. Renovation of the shower recess is considered necessary.
Since the bathroom is bit old we are also thinking to reno of whole bathroom itself if fixing shower recess is relatively high.
Whom should we contact to get these jobs done? carpenter? plumber or someone else?
I read few recommendations made for Carl the plumber, Wayne the pest guy and Tom for the kitchen but not much for a carpenter.
If you guys can still recommend carpenter, plumber and electrician for general check - that would be great.
