We did look at this seller just recently but found the exact same items at a cheaper price from this ebay seller,
Then when i went to pick it all up he knocked another 8% for Cash. He has a store in the clock tower building in Auburn that you can go have a look at to compare and also pick up as well.

I bought some things from them before but other dealers who also list on ebay have better prices.

Look around on ebay for the product you want and the best price and then go to their store to pick it up.

What are you after?
Bunnings sells cheap toilet suites too and some other stores could have items on clearance.
