Bargain alert!
Just had a call from the agent asking if I was going to the auction on the weekend. Told him no as I have exchanged recently on something else (settles today).
He sounded disappointed. I asked if he had much interest in the property and he said not really no.
Might be a bargain to be had - unfortunately having just borrowed $240k I am not able to leverage up again at the moment. I reckon you could buy that dual occ for high 300's.
