I am interested in a new development that is going up
So far I have obtained potential land sizes to be released, with approx pricing. My next step is (1) visit local council to find out as much as I can about the area eg new roads, other developments etc (2) Obtain recent sales in the area. (3) walk & drive the area at different times of the day to get a "feel" for the area
Land is yet to be released. I have a few months before this happens. I guess what I am after is other than what I have mentioned above what is it that other people do to get a feel for an area they are to interested in investing in.
When the time comes for release I want to be confident that if I choose to invest that I am "getting in at the correct price"
