Residential or commercial loan?

Thanks for all your input guys, just wanted to give you a quick update.

Aaron C is a legend! He was able to get me 95% resi loan with no trouble. He was very responsive and kept me in the loop at my every request. Given my experience with brokers he is one of the best I have used.

I know there have been some negative remarks in regards to his service etc. however I am confident in saying he has picked up his game.

I am continuing to use Aaron to advise on my next project now and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a decent no Bull$hit broker.
