I thought I ask whether anyone has done any recent research into IP buying in the Riverland, SA (Renmark etc)? I mean a research into fundamental drivers of long-term capital growth such as employment, business or governement investment, tourism, population growth etc.
If so, any chance you could share your conclusions and perhaps sources of info? A link would be nice.
