This is my first post, have found the forum very informative. We have to I.Ps one a 1 b/room unit at Mission Beach and a 3 b/room older house at Halliday Bay just north of Mackay. Just looking for comments on our recent purchase which is a 2 b/room unit at riverpoint for $510k, this is in West End Brisbane due for completion mid 09. We feel confident with the investment only concern been that it has no ensuite, growth in this region seems to be strong. Any comments?
