What are peoples thoughts on Roma Qld. From what I see there are a number of properties 60 + available to rent with MANY more in various stages of construction built approx 40 +.
I figure will only reduce currents asking buy and rent prices even further.
I see current properties sitting on the market for sometime with many being priced way to high for the current market, and very few if any lookers.
There is heaps of work out here however it seems camps, fly in or drive in etc will cause a more issues with rentals and I dare say buying.
Would you buy here or have you already and what are your thoughts.
I will say on the places I have seen the quality control on some of the construction is rather poor.
