hey all.

does anyone know a roof tiler in frankston / MP area. i need my roof repaired,

i need the roof flexipointed , tiles replaces & sprayed. also would anyone know what kind of figure id be looking at?

Hi,

I had done something similar for my roof last year. Posted the job on service central its free and then tradies contact you and provide free quotes

From memory, job done was
- Rebedding
- Repointing
- Replace broken tiles
- Pressure wash
- Spraying 2 coats
- 7-10 year warranty on labour and parts
- Debris removal

I had paid I think 2800 or 3000.

I got some interesting quotes a full resto was 2600 wbere as a full cement was 1600. Another guy said to fix the leak was 300. Then another guy said full resto was 3500. But everything bar a spray n clean gusters n no high pressure spray was 1600...
