RP data or similar for NSW prop please

Just wondering if somebody would be kind enough to pull a report from RP or PDS or whatever on my recently passed MIL's property in NSW.

Trying to sort out the "family issues" and decide if it is worth paying out the sibling, or sell.

What area in NSW - RPDATA subscription is via LGA (local government areas), Most who subscribe wont have access to all areas - advice what suburb and then someone may be able to help.
