- can draw distance lines on the aerial view (so can work out room between say a garage and the boundary), distances to shops etc

I finally found a few hours to get this done.

Walk Score is a great free service, I had an idea to do something like this myself, but when I found them they had done such a good job anyway, why reinvent the wheel.
