Section 32 Vendor Statement

G'day,

Prior to 10 years ago I bought and sold property in Melbourne and when it came to selling I always looked after the conveyancing on the sales. I would take care of the section 32 etc and that was it. I was able to purchase the forms from the government printer in Richmond direct.
Now I live in Qld and want to sell my last property in Melbourne but don't have any Section 32 forms. I will also need transfer of land form for the land titles office.
I wanted to ask if anybody had a few spare copies to send me I'd be very grateful. Will look after you should you come up to Noosa sometime.

I checked the web but no luck unless I buy a pad of 20 from the REIV. And I don't want to pay any middle men when it's so easy to handle one's self.

G"Day Mike,

In relation to Section 32 statements, I use one that I have typed up on Microsoft Works, all I do is change the property details for each different property.

If you like I will email you a copy, just let me know, send me a private message with your email address.

As for the Transfer of Land, I usually leave this up to the legal people.
