and dont forget, if the buyer doesnt settle on time in QLD, even by one day, they can lose their entire deposit, unlike other states where you have penalty interest etc. etc.!!

yes the court system is a joke, avoid it at all costs. one judgement took 18 months to deliver... it really wasn't that difficult
to be completely fair it was only 7 years, 2 additional years was the OTP part of the contract, the rest was arguing the bleeding obvious

or a dodgy deal, but if you did it would have to be unco and you could really use the cooling off (unless money hadn't been exchanged).
