Selling heritage property

I'm new to this site. I was wondering if the site can be used to advertise property and how you go about it ? I have a heritage property located in Quirindi NSW (1855) which is currently a restaurant and guest house.
If this site can't be used for direct selling can someone tell me the name of a few good sites that you can post properties for sale on?

You could post in Caveat Emptor- though generally you need to have made a few contributions to the forum before being allowed to post in there. And even if you do, be prepared to be grilled- the numbers are all important- rent, maintenance, rates etc.

And my guess is that you would not find a buyer in here- though you're welcome to give it a go.

The best alternatives (I guess) would be the papers and perhaps sites like www.realestate.com.au
