Need advice asap. Original plans approved by council included approval of verandah. Council designated us Bal level 12.5 which required us to have a sold steel roof on the verandah which would have cut out all the Northern sun to our living areas. We got a cof o on the house, then the verandah was beautifully built but with a clear Laserlite roof. We havent got a final cofo on the verandah. Fast forward 3 years and we have sold the house except their solicitor requires a final c of o from council on the verandah. I believe the building permit has run out, but the buyers solicitor emailed the council and the council have emailed back saying
