Settlement date: 29th, i should get the keys the same day shouldnt i?

The REA told me although settlement date is the 29th i wont get the keys till the 30th at midday?

Ive heard from someone else REA can be sneaky/lazy and that this may not be the case. I should be getting the keys on settlement date (For me the 29th of Jan).

Do i go talk to my conveyancer about this?

I was just reading their is actually an exception to the rule!

Should the property be vacant and the contract is not subject to any existing tenancies, you are entitled to possession immediately following settlement. If the seller resides in the property, vacant possession must by provided by 12.00 noon on the day following settlement.
