I was looking at this my self,
dun know how much a wanna get into fire damaged homes on land thats not big enough to develop tho.

Im guessing if your allowed in it then it would have to be structuraly sound.

Exactly right.....the first thought that crossed my mind were that Roy and Tim were the two schoolboys caught as responsible for the graffiti.

Are they the types of chaps the REINSW says are the experts we should be contacting for all of our real estate needs ??

LOL the last property i bought was Tim was the sales agent. Cant say i have anything bad to say about him, it was obvious he was just starting out so i wasnt expecting a gun agent. Besides the property had already ticked many of my boxes so all he had to do was open the door for me, im willing to bet ive been his easiest sale to date.

i know its all jokes but i suppose we all have to start somehwere.

its not that much of a bad place, i have seen graffiti'ed places in areas that set u back 1mil to buy

I think Roy is the boss of the Rooty Hill office. He looks younger than he is and has a lot of knowledge. I've bought a few properties from him and he knows his stuff.
