Hi All,
I have 15 comercial properties and trying to find some good software to manage and project my portfolio.
There are some reasonable progams that do one or the other, but not both.
They are also mainly residential based, not comercial.
Is anyone useing good software they can recomend.

Hi Hunt,

you can try:

Cougar
Timberline
Jobpac (i've demo'd this one and it is good)
Clarke Quicktrust (for both resi and comm)
Console (for resi and comm)
REST ?? (can't be 100% sure this is what it's called; also both resi and comm)

These are all professional packages with corresponding professional prices.
