Soil testing difficulties

Hi all,

I have a DA approved development site that has the existing house built right across the width of the property. To have soil tests conducted they would normally drive a land cruiser into the back yard, as it would have their soil testing gear on the back of it. Unfortunately this isn't possible on this site.

Has anyone had this situation before and is anyone aware of any alternative options to be able to conduct soil testing with the house still in place?

they should be able to do manual drilling as well.

Seems I need to talk with some other soil testers as the ones I have approached didn't provide this as an option.
