I checked their website but couldn't find any info.
Do they accept such payments and what is the norm discount I should expect?
It's 0.2% off the fixed rate.
The loan has to be an investment loan and it has to be fixed.
If your loan is not fixed, change it over early or wait till there is a special and then fix.
