Standard PM exit cost

Hi all,

Just reading through a management agreement, it mentions that by terminating the agreement I have with them (the agent) prior to the lease expiring I'm up for all the fees for whatever time is remaining on the lease.

Is this pretty standard? It would be quite costly even half way through a 12mth lease.
