I have sent and recieved back the PM to those who were a question?

So if you are say 2 but firm you will not reccieve a PM.

I will rely instead on those persons advising me of a change.

So , if you are booked above can you please confirm any changes or I will assume you are coming and hold you space.

Unfortunately at this stage unless we get more cancellations from this list , we cannot fit you in. Ifwe do it will done on first posted basis.

FYI

We are at 91, 1 over the pub preference and very tight.

Accomodation is chair, stool and standing. If you are in "standing" and very short , and know a friend in seating and very tall, time to barter

Lastly, we will check at the door so please respect those who confimed a seat and wait until all are in before selecting a spare.

I think you're going to need some "icebreaker" questions to help everyone get conversations flowing. If people have a set of answers about themselves, that would help things along. I'm not shy, but sometimes, if I have too much choice, then it gets daunting.

eg.
Where is your favourite IP located? (If you have more than one)
If you could have an IP in any part of the country, where and why?
What is your preferred colour for a '"feature wall"? Why?
Do you manage yourself or have a PM?
