isn't it the builder who build the place has to rectify it as oppose to the developer.
the builder would be the ones who provides the guarantees on warranty insurance.

My contract is with the developer, and his contract is with the builder. Its the bulder that has to remediate it in the end, but stuffed if I am going to run around trying to finf a responsible party for this shoddy development. The developer signs off the quality and the finishes. Ultimately its his decision to put in the $5 handles instead of the $50 handles. They are both accountable as far as I am concerned.
