We live in a fairly large apartment complex with a corporate strata manager. Some of the owners are agitating for a change in strata manager as a result of perceived poor handling of the strata finances (resulting in a special levy being charged recently) amongst other things.
They are trying to get enough votes for a change to use "Bright and Duggan" as the new strata managers. Has anyone had any experiences with them as strata managers? Good/bad or indifferent?
