Subdividing in Seaford, Victoria

Heya All,

I have a place in Nabilla Ave with a recent val of $260k....an old weatherboard house on a lot 63x140.

I'd like to subdivide into three if possible but realise being under 9000 I may have some challenges.

Would love to hear from anyone who has had any experience doing a subdivision in Seaford and suggestions for solicitors who may be able to help with the process.

Would be interested in replies to this. I to have a property in Seaford, Frankston-Dandenong Road actually, and am looking at subdividing and putting a house on the back.
Rough estimates on pricing and how long the whole process takes?
And will the council actually say yes??
