Hi,

I'm thinking about getting 2 - 3 bedroom houses in Sunshine, one to live in with a couple of inter students and the other to rent out.

What are your thoughts on med - long of the suburb? API rec's it as one of the last inner-west suburbs to be picked up and I can get a good amount of land on each property really close to a train station.

I notice the sunshine shopping centre has boomed over the last few years, a bit like Highpoint used to be.

What are your thoughts on the area?

I like Sunshine myself.

And just some advice, you probably should've done a search first and you would've found this really recent thread.
