Super fund portfolio in this current climate

Yes....have not had a lot of time to post these days. Insanely busy at work.
I did have bit of nervous moment on Monday as I did it online and did not know if the transaction went through! I am with Australian Super.....also have a very conservative AMP Custom Super Fund (balanced) but did nothing with this. Have only lost $600 here.
