Hi I have come across a website where you can look up bad and good tenants in Australia.
Its called tenancybureau.com.
Has anyone heard about them?
They also have a debt collection service, has anyone used this service?
Tenant databases are run by private companies which have separate databases so tenants may be recorded in one and not the other.
Therefore I would only recommend using the Australian leaders in this space which is tica and ntd or a service that uses these databases to provide you the information.
