Tenant wants mediation with Body Corporate

Hi all. A tenant in our unit block is requesting mediation with our body corporate. The mediation hearing has been set down for this Wednesday and the executive commitee have until tomorrow to vote on whether to proceed with mediation.

The disgruntled tenant claims he is being harassed by other people in the block and is being blamed for damage to the property. From my understanding, the tenant doesn't know who has been complaining to the body corporate and wants to know "who has been spying on him"

He wants to know what property has been damaged by him and whether other people in the block have been issued with letters stating they have breached the by-laws.

From my understanding, tenant has not been ordered to pay for anything but is just feeling victimised.

My opinion, the body corp doesnot have to divulge who has been complaining unless the matter goes to court. This matter is not for the body corp but between the tenant and the people who have issued complaints against him
