Terminate Fixed Term Lease in QLD

need help for expert in relation to breaking a fix term residential lease in qld.

We want to

remove current tenants (due to various issue, rather not disclose it) they are on a year lease and have months lease left.

is it possible and if yes, what sort of notice period we have to provide tenants.
