The entrance

Just wondering if anyone owns a unit in the entrance nsw. If so how is it performing for you. They seam cheap for a nice unit with a nice return.

The units are around $100-150k with a return of approx $13k

I know there is still strata to pay but still could be ok. I own a caravan in big 4 caravan park not far from the entrance and it seems to be getting more and more popular.
 
The price range you mention is going to be affiliated with big chain selling off
units which they have done for many years.
Some of these do have the option of long term tenant or just overnight stay.
A lot are just basic motel style rooms so you need to do good research.

Also a lot of units on the market still from the peak times when WSC was trying
to make this a mini Goldcoast , you can still see many high-rise apartments in darkness at night but your not going to find anything newish under 300,000
Should get something newish, 1 bedder at North Entrance under 300,000
