Yep I have 3 KFC's nearby. 2 are rubbish chicken and chips the other is superb.
Take them back and ask for properly cooked ones, I have often taken back fries at KFC and Maccas and asked for hot ones please
They always replace them as long as you don't eat most of them first
um, all of these huge franchises have deep fryers that have a timer on them, that tells you to take out the chips basket,
not sure how they can make it undercooked,
for the record, I dont think ive ever had undercooked/overcooked chips,
nor a major complaint at any fast food joint
the worst experiences are when they are a little on the cold side because they leave it on the counter for too long, while waiting for other items

Had KFC today Zinger for me/wife. Kids love normal burger + popcorn chicken + nuggets. KCF is a once in awhile treat for the kids (Once in 2/3 months). So, kids were happy.

The chicken in the streetwise burger contains crunchy strips while the fillet burger is a single fillet.
When I was pregnant my ultimate meal was the Allstars box.
My fave now is the streetwise family meal replacing one of the large fries for a potato and gravy. The kids have the nuggets, hubs has the chicken pieces and I have the crispy strips dipped in the potato and gravy.
Hmm no wonder I don't lose weight!
Hot n spicy is my fave wish they cooked it all year long

Had it twice in my life, was disgusted at the price vs quality
When I hear people who rave about nandos, I think marketing at its best
In terms of quality yes they are better then KFC but by a dollar or two! NOT $10!!!

My local have cooked hot and spicy since inception!
*Ultimate Burger Meal (upsized) with Zinger, wicked wings and Pepsi.
*6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce.

Nandos is a dine in restaurant- and as such, there is a premium.
I'm happier eating something which is not just deep fried.
really? seems very very much like a takeaway joint, no different to KFC to me!

you get a tray of food like KFC
You sit down like KFC if you want
You can take away like KFC if you want
you pay upfront like KFC
there are no waitresses like KFC
