Tradesperson to fix box guttering - Sydney

Hi, I'm looking for a recommendation for someone to replace some leaking box guttering on a semi in the inner west of Sydney. While I'm on the topic, I also need someone to look at the sub-floor ventilation - identified in the building report as a potential problem. Any recommendations here? Many thanks, Dallee
