Under contract, possible problem with building inspection

Hi

We have accepted an offer on a property we are selling and the building and pest inspection should be happening sometime next week..

The house is 3 years old so should be fine for both building and pest but we have an issue with our next door neighbours and the fact that they have used the boundary fence as a retaining wall and it's starting to bow.

Is this something that the inspector would fail an inspection on and if so what we could possibly do to correct the issue.

There are no PASS/FAILs on building inspections - only comments and opinions.
You need to relax.

If comment is made, then, it is your neighbour's responsibility to fix anyway, since they are the ones bowing the fence.
