Hi all, the tenants in our IP in Hallett Cove, SA recently notified of their intent to vacate early. Within the week the PM had advertised the property, conducted an open and shown 8 groups through with 3 submitting applications. All in all a good result which made me think that the rental market in the southern suburbs is still pretty tight but the PM states that it has noticeably eased in recent weeks. Has anybody else experienced this?
