Vacant Land Checklist

Hi, not sure what the rule is about cross postings..., but I put a form up in the Information Resources section here It's inspired by Sunstone's Property Checklist...

I'm looking at my first development, and searching for land suitable. Being a rural, low-density area, I'm only looking at vacant land, as pretty much no subdivision is allowed.

Any thoughts and comments would be gratefully received, here or there.

Hehe. I could probably fit that in the section where I left "planning overlays" after moving the rest of the section. A question: is it more helpful in .doc or .pdf?

I'm wondering about a scoring system. Score out of 100, Ten points for price, ten for views, ten for neighbours etc. The whole point of this is trying to decide between many multiple options, but deciding on a (personally) valid and helpful points allocation may take longer than choosing a property though...

Thanks Savanna. Loooking at your subtitle I looked up some other of your posts. Just wondering if you ever got the development book up you were planning a couple of years ago?
