Granny flat builders in Melbourne!
Hi,
I am very new to this bit I'm looking for information on builders who want to work in the south east of Melbourne most specifically to do an extension on the existing home and also build a granny flat! The first builder still has not given us a quote after five weeks and the second builder quoted over $200,000 for a one bedroom granny flat and a master bedroom extension and I am waiting for the third builder to come in the next week or so? Help!!! I feel well out of my depth but reading that you can get a 2 bedroom granny flatfor around 100,000 makes me think I may be getting had!
