Victoria - MyRP and Residex Property Reports Unavailable!

We're ordering Residex reports every day in Vic (and the rest of the country) without serious problems. We did have an issue earlier this week, but a simple restart of the web browser fixed it easily.
The sales history in Vic often isn't disclosed in property reports. This is due to local privacy laws. The sales history isn't published unless the value was publicly disclosed, such as in the newspaper. The report still knows the data though.
If you want a report, just send the address via email (don't PM).
