Hello, I am looking at making an offer for an LMR property in Wavell Heights, about 1 km from Nundah station. Could some one tell me more about wavell heights area, good & bad.

Nothing bad about Wavell Heights. It's close to all facilities, especially shops and great schools (eg Wavell High). Only drawback may be no train line but plenty of buses.
Thanks NorthBrisbanite. Actually this property is exactly 950 m from Nundah train station(not sure in Brisbane but its walkable in Sydney
