Water Main Extension on Road

Hi All,

Anyone know the cost to extend a Water Main out on the road in Melbourne per meter?

Its a corner lot and the water main docent run down the side of the street, as I want to develop the rear of the property.

No simple answer.
Price will be affected by:
Diameter of pipe
Whether you are required to extend the public main or can have a private extension
Whether it will be laid in road footpath or nature strip
What other service are in place
Length required (short lengths are more expensive/m than long lengths)

Only sure way is to get some quotes anything else is just a guess

Pipe is 100mm and distance is 55 meters and on the road.
