I'm very happy for you sounds like you have worked to get it. I'd also like to have a nice water view home. I live in Gymea Bay, no water views. but still a great place to live.

Can I ask did you buy your IP's in Sutherland shire or outside?

We would love to buy in the area, no not just because we can keep an eye on things, but because we are bounded by water on all sides. No new land.
So to my way of thinking prices can only go up. Unfortunately the rentals aren't very good.

you are right we have worked very hard for our dream ,,,and we are still working ,,i think better work while you can ,because you will have wished you worked when you cant ,
