Wespac and company trusts

More news about the folks at Westpac......

I've just heard that they're trialling offering loans to company trusts with residential rates, using some of the residential products, and over 30 years. And that the pro pack will apply.

In the past they treated company trusts as business borrowers.

That is interesting - thanks for that. I wonder how they will go trying to understand HDTs?

I'm currently trying to re-negotiate my rates with NAB at the moment so it might be worth adding Westpac to my list.

Westpac are piloting company loans, including loans to discretionary trusts with a corporate trustee and Hybrid Trusts with a small number of brokers. Unfortunately none of their Rocket loans are included in the trial.
