Westpac fixed rates dropped by up to .7%

Seems Westac doesn't want to get behind the pack and has also significantly reduced fixed rates. Don't know if it is new or not, but there is also now the option of a 12 year fixed rate. May be peace of mind for some.

Don't forget that they will offer a 0.20% discount within pro pack for lending > $150k so rate would fall to 8.19% for 3 to 10 years.
