Good reading in my opinion.
Look at the change in household types going forward, and tap into it.

Another report I read suggested that till affordability gets addressed, property values can't move up, regardless of whether Sydney or elsewhere has bottomed out.
Makes sense to me.

Why punt on when you expect a market to recover when there are more reasonably simple ways to get a return off a property now.?
