What paid resources do you use?

I'm thinking to get RPData Professional subscription for $79 - 3 months access:

http://www.myrp.com.au/n/Investor-Insight-Tool-Subscription/myrp-1177

is it better than PriceFinder, APM or PropertyInvestar ?

and last question, is it tax deductible as well ?

I prefer pricefinder.

It's tax deductible depending upon how you're structured and level of property involvement. For a IP newbie purchasing in own name I'd say not. If you're primarily a professional investor, Id say yes.

Obviously seek professional advice though.

Thanks Rick,

Price Finder subscription: https://www.pricefinder.com.au/portal/app is $175 per month

RPData Professional subscription is $79 for 3 months

I guess, good quality data comes with a price :)

Yes, I'm buying property in my own name not under a trust account for SMSF.

Personally when I was in the real estate industry as an agent everyone used RP Data to produce sales data for the vendor, so my preference has been RP Data.

I've also used nearmaps as well since work has it for our roofing business. Both great softwares. There's a really cool feature that's amazing to see a time lapse of how the place looked on nearmaps over a period of a few years. Great to see the development of a new project...

Got to try price finder since I got it with my API subscription...
