What Property Investing Software do you use to record Expenses & Income?

Whilst not property specific, i use MYOB Business Basics. Does everything i want and also tracks the remainder of my spending and other investments.

Allocate each investment a job no. For example i use:
100 - Consultancy
150 - Other Tax Deductible
200 - Personal Spending
250 - Joint Spending
300 - Wife
350 - Wife Tax Deductible items
400 - IP. 1
500 - IP. 2
550 - IP. 3
600 - Shares
650 - Option Writing Strategy
675 - Speculative Options
700 - Wife Shares
