What to do now? (post B&P)

A newbie was just overwhelmed with a 41-page B&P report and wasn't sure what to do.
Yes, can be overwhelming. As I stated, be aware that the B&P inspectors list every single thing that would be required to bring it into "as new" condition. It's not uncommon for them to run to dozens of pages; it's far more important precisely what the issues are, than that there are issues. :) There will always - with an established property - be lots of issues for them to identify.

Thanks Perp! I really appreciate everyone's responses as I said again and again.

I later had a chat with others and yes, they mention something along the line of, B&P reports will always find issues, as they'll have troubles if LATER on there IS problem and they don't write it in the report.

I read that 41-page (with most of them being definitions etc), I didn't know which PAGES were relevant to the actual building!! haha... Had to re-read a few times...

Anyway thanks again! It's a very steep learning curve this property journey...
