Where can I find brackets for glass shelves (in Melbourne)

Hi all

Does anyone here know of any places to check out for brackets that I can use for glass shelving? I've seen some like http://www.spurshelving.com/html/product/NP_Comet.htm at Bunnings for around $25 a pair but it would be good if I could find something similar for a better price. (Probably looking at around 4 pairs)

Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi Deve

When I had the child care centre I used tempered glass shelving from Ikea in the nappy change area. I can't remember the exact details of the brackets and I certainly wouldn't have used ordinary glass but the tempered glass was ideal.

Ikea will, I believe, post you a catalogue so you can see their range. In fact, looking back, I used a lot of different products from them during those years as they are very wear and safety conscious.

Ikea considers the application when designing the product, and although nowadays they have moved from Nunawading and are not so convenient for me, I am still using some of their ideas although with different products.
