Where can I get the remote control for my garage door (my apartment)

I live in a Central Equity apartment in Melbourne.

Does anyone know where can i buy a replacement garage door remote opener? Any shop that specialise in these?

Melbourne Inner City management(the body corporate) is charging like $75 - $100 for 1 replacement.

You can buy a learning remote for around $40 or $50 from Dick Smith. It will store up to 4 codes. You will need an original remote though to program it.
